The 60Fitness Exercise for Life Premium Membership Programme is only available to those who have completed the 60Fitness 12 Week Exercise for Life Coaching Programme and want to continue with ongoing coaching, structured plans and accountability, and includes:
£190 per 4 weeks (includes 1 monthly coaching call - 30 minute)

Video Coaching Calls and/or checkins
Our video coaching calls and checkins are to check how you are doing, formulate goals, keep track of progress and discuss the plans for the weeks ahead. We will do various assessments, and exercise demonstrations, checking your exercise technique, capabilities, and limitations.
Habit-Based Nutrition Coaching
Habit-based nutrition coaching aims to change nutritional habits gradually in a way that results in long-term, sustainable results.
This is done through regular tracking of your food diary, during our weekly coaching calls, in-app habit scheduling, in-app coaching notes and in-app messaging.
Habit-Based Activity and Exercise Coaching
You will be encouraged to develop some simple habits and routines that lead to the gradual incorporation of increased physical activity and movement into your daily routine. I call this sneaky exercise (sneakycise) as it can fit almost imperceptibly into your day with negligible time cost.
Personalised Exercise Programmes
Your programme is designed specifically for you, irrespective of your current level of fitness and experience. It is designed to progress your fitness in a way that works for you and supports your goals.
Exercise video's
Doing the exercises correctly is important for your progress and safety. You will have access to videos and instructions for every exercise you are scheduled to do. You can send me an in-app video of yourself doing the exercise, so I can check your technique.
Mobile app
You'll be provided access to my user-friendly, free-to-use mobile App. Your schedule, exercise programme, videos, coaching, notes, reminders, and messaging will always be with you.
In-App Messaging
Communication is key to your programme. You can send me text and voice messages, photos, and videos in the App at any time. I aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
Sharing Of Activity Tracker And Biometric Data
You can integrate your activity trackers and other biometric data such as continuous glucose monitors with the App or other systems that I use for monitoring. I have developed exceptional expertise in monitoring biometric data during my medical career and can utilise that expertise to help optimise your programme.
Health And Fitness Assessments, Goal Setting And Progress Tracking
To ensure that you make continual progress and remain on track to achieve your goals, we will do various health and fitness assessments at appropriate times during your programme.
